Tim is a veteran of the waterbed, futon and furniture industry and provides a premium service experience. He lives in Lilburn and can easily service most of North Georgia and beyond. Tim does not work for me so please contact him directly to discuss fees, payment arrangements and service time frame. Full service waterbed setup includes: Filling the bed with water and removing the air bubbles by "burping" the mattress. All you have to do is put on your mattress pad, sheets and comforter and go to sleep. You may have to adjust the water level again to suit your personal preference and "burp" the mattress later as needed. Note that all beds will take several days, or longer, to heat up depending on the temperature of the water going in them. Also, waveless mattresses will take seceral days to firm up so they may be a little wavey the first night or two. Boxes and packing material will be removed and Tim will answer any questions you may have. The average set up time is about two hours upon arrival but can vary depending on the amount of work involved and your water pressure. Full service futon setup includes: Complete assembly of the futon frame, zipping the water proof futon mattress protector and the futon cover on (if you purchased them) and putting the mattress on the frame. Tim will review the operation of the frame and make sure you can operate it and answer any questions you may have. All boxes and packageing material will be removed and he can usually do all of this in less than an hour after arrival.

PLEASE PREPARE FOR YOUR DELIVERY Prepare for your delivery by moving vehicles to give direct access to the best entry area. Remove your old bed and clear plenty of space to work in the room. Have the person in charge of the bed placement present in order for them to confirm exactly where they want the bed placed and remain available in case there are any questions. Tim may need to enter your bathroom or kitchen to hook up a hose. Secure your animals if you don't want them to escape the house while doors are open or if you have dogs that might bite. Please dispose of your old mattress properly.
